About Lindsay Fair

Bringing your vision to life with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

I believe in the power of design to make (or break) a business. This is why I take my role as a designer so seriously, despite being a not-so-serious person in my day to day life.  Forming relationships, telling stories, and collaborating with talented, passionate people has kept me creatively sustained for over 12 year now.

A gratifying project for me is one that I can be completely involved with, from conceptualizing the brand, building out collateral suites and web properties, to continual strategic check-ins. I love forging long-term relationships where I can actually watch and help the business grow over time.

My modern classic asthetic is informed and inspired by all disciplines of design - art history, architecture, cinematography, interior design, travel, gardening, and culinary arts, amongst others.

About the Brand Design Process

phone-1

1.

listen & Strategize

Every project starts out with a conversation. We will talk about your business, your goals for your business, about you and your needs, and your customers and their needs. This is a time for me to listen, collect information, and start formulating. Our discussion(s) will be condensed into a creative brief and accompaning visual mood board that will outline our goals and strategic approach to the branding.

2.

Design & refine

Design concepts are presented in rounds. The first round explores all strategic approaches proposed in the creative brief. Through feedback and discussion, we  head in a distinct direction. We then refine with additional rounds and end at the finished artwork.

3.

execute

With brand artwork and guidelines firmly in hand, we begin to strategically produce collateral and marketing assets that consistently represent the business. This is often done over the course of months or sometimes years as marketing efforts evolve.
